~Happy 2006~
all gd things must come to an end.. i must say i really appreciated the past 2 weeks of long weekends~ why? it's hard to have any motivation at work when everyone else is away for annual leave.. holidaying somewhere.. arghhh... haha.. anyway, i had a great time for the past 2 weekends, spent with frens and family... *guilty bec more time is spent with frens.. oops*
x'mas was fun.. starting from the eve of x'mas eve.. went to chill out with sz's fyp frens.. haha.. though not the first time gg out with them.. still felt a bit extra, but who cares!! the more the merrier~~ crapping ard most of the time.. realised that one of their PHD fren looks like the guy from stairway to heaven.. chengjun-ge~....muahaha~ dunno what to drink, so juz ordered a cocktail called ~Absolute Nothing~.. nope it's not *air*, it's a mixture of vodka, cranberry and pineapple juice... but i only tasted the pineapple juice.. was expecting more cranberry juice.. the glass was definitely unique, slightly tilted when u placed it on the table.. someone said it's supposed to give u less than a normal glass, someone said u'll see it as truly vertical when u get tipsy~ haha.. whatever the reason... we went on separate ways at ard 1am... after that, sz, me, david and zh went to catch a really wee hr movie at PS, Narnia... so nice~ haha.. thanks to zh for sending all of us home, coz he must be damn tired by that time also..thumbs up to sz coz she can tahan till the next afternoon with little sleep.. haha.. one conclusion after that, realised me really old liao, one night like that made me restless for the next 2 days...
spent x'mas eve with yy, jy and their fren, sk... guilty coz supposed to watch Narnia with them, but in the end only joined them for dinner and shopping~ great countdown at blk 360 to usher x'mas.. haha, at least i've nvr tried that before... thanks to them for walking me home.. haha..
the rest of the week was practically spent counting the minutes to the end of friday..
Finally sat came!!!! it's new yr's eve!! spent it at partyworld clementi, singing to the wee hrs agn.. had a fun time with the free party packs, we were like kids playing ard... wahaha...super in new yr mood~ even at 2am, when we left partyworld, there were still many pple in the streets...that's the spirit for 2006!!!! i think i've been trying to pack too many things in a day to start 2006... shopping, meeting up with frens, ahhhh.. crazy... but i enjoyed every bit.. hope 2006 will be a great year for all of us!! for singles, find a great bf/gf, for couples, get hitched! for everyone, have a fulfilling career & life!!
