~finding myself~
it's time to rethink what i want in life.. many things happened recently.. quite disillusioned and demoralised lately... esp in work matters.. i think i've reached my threshold.. i'll might go mad, laden with depression soon.. borrowed this bk from the lib, "why we do what we do".. it illustrates on 4 pathways to ur authentic self.. quite enlightened after reading the first 2 chapters.. hope i can use them to become more truthful and love myself more...
last weekend left me both happy and sad.. happy bec i enjoyed my weekend and spent it well enough.. had my family gathering on sat bec of grandpa's bday.. this yr no "shou tao" cake coz we always ended up not finishing the cake.. esp after the 8 course dinner.. grandpa was so cute, he posed with a peace sign for the camera.. haha... it's in my cousin's camera, still waiting for her to send me... his actual b'day is in may: i wish him good health and happiness always~~
sun went for ktv with the usual gang, sh and david.. ya.. 3 of us only.. hard to jio other pple also..
too bad sh got jap class else we can go watch eight below together... there was still some time before the show, so we went to shop ard at heerens... realised that we din have much to talk abt.. usual crap... work... moments of silence... he's passive, i'm also passive.. what to do??
anyway, the movie was nice.. the love of the lead for his sled dogs was touching, makes me wan to own a dog too~ haha... ok i'm not that scared of dogs now.. at least i dun freaked out when i walked past one.. haha.. parts of the movie showed how the dogs survived in the harsh winter while waiting for their owner to come and fetch them... clever dogs and they really can act better than those star idols~~ oops..
yest yy drove us in her new car to eat prata at woodlands.. woo hoo~ ordered quite a lot and can't finish.. ok ok.. i shldn't have ordered the chicken murtabak, but pls understand that i'm in a state of severe hunger then... haha.. the cheese prata not bad, tom yam soup a bit hot, simply loved my milo dinosaur.. next time must try their milo godzilla & milo king kong... wahaha.. we talked for almost 4 hrs.. lotsa passive smoking also.. stupid fan blowing in our direction.. thanks yy for driving us back.. next time we bring u and ur car to eat more gd food ok.. haha..
2 more days of enjoyment~ yea~
