~Superman~ Brandon Routh~i love his eyes~!!!!!!
so long no yandao to hit the big screen for the gals to drool!!! finally we have brandon routh...
his eyes!! i love his eyes!!! eyes oozing with charm and charged with electricity... wahaha...
he looks so suave even with those nerdy glasses... so cute... ahhh... i wan to be lois lane... fly under the starry sky with him... so romantic.... haha... yup... looking for some fantasy in life... not greedy.. juz some fantasy.....
went to watch Superman Returns on sat with SH, Kelvin and Jiawen... yea.. free tickets courtesy of Kelvin... at GV Grand... so blur dunno where to take the free shuttle from orchard... only noe somewhere ard marriott hotel... so lucky that the bus stopped right in front of us with the small letters " Great World City" at the side...
reached there early so shopped ard... bought a green top at zara for $30... must search then can spot gd deals... some clothes are still quite ex despite GSS... grabbed some fast food before the show coz too hungry liao... din had my lunch...
the free tickets comes together with a drink for each of us.. plus 2 packets of popcorn.. so much popcorn.. cannot finished.. wasted..
the movie was not bad... of coz lah... superman so yandao.. already score pts there.. wahaha... plot a bit thin but still quite exciting to see him save the world.. almost melted when they did a close-up of his face.. woo hoo~ crazy man... like him as a reporter as well as a super hero... he's quite an attention seeker when he's superman... he simply loves the attention.. so cute~ wahaha.... so compatible with lois lane... yea~ me.... hahahaha....
after the show, we set off for settlers cafe..made reservation for 730pm... already late coz din expect the movie to be so long.. 2.5 hrs... and ya.. it's quite draggy towards the end... armed with the directions (courtesy of
www.streetdirectory.com) written on this small piece of paper in my hand, we made our way there.. looking out for road signs, landmarks... juz when we reached this junction, haven figured out to turn left anot... decided to turn in the end.. then we heard a loud bua-ing sound... ahhh... there's a car on our right, trying to cut into our lane to make a left turn at the junction.. quite shocked... kelvin then drove straight instead and stop after the junction.. dunno how that uncle drove his car... we definitely had the right of way since we are in the innermost lane.. the right of kelvin's car was quite badly scratched and dented, starting from the side hazard lights all the way to the back passenger door... spent abt 15 mins doing the usual procedure, taking notes of what is necessary to claim insurance, file a report... i think all of us were a bit shaken... sometimes u are driving carefully, but doesn't mean the others are doing the same also... anyway, we still proceed to our destination...
quite a few groups of pple there... very noisy.. hmm... had our dinner while playing games for 3 hrs (including 2 gaming hrs free)... while waiting, we played a game called rumis, i think.. consists of 3-d blocks which we are supposed to arrange according.. need to use a bit of brain power... the 2nd and 3rd game we played were quite brainless, as requested.. straightforward but fun...games can really keep pple together.. haha... the last game was called "i'm the boss", the staff took quite a while to explain to us... test ur negotiation skills... must close as many deals as u can... based on certain criteria each pitstop has... would certainly like to go there agn to play other games...the more the merrier.. haha...
ended the day at ard 1 plus... tired.. but fun.. hehe.. this is how a weekend shld be spent!!!
