really fed up with everything in my coy... be it my boss, the system, the irritating pple, the whose-fault-is-it attitude, the back-stabbing... name me anything.. my coy can offer u the best we have.. *not really proud of it, u noe*
damn it.. my boss went to the states for a business trip this week..
he made sure we wun be slacking away.. definitely slogging time for us... not the holiday i expected.. nvm abt that.. stressful but i can handle it... i hope..
juz got my increment last week...

PATHETIC.... a miserable $36... pro-rated... ok fine.. expected liao... bonus.. miserable also.. anyway, accepted the fact over the weekend... better than nothing rite? wait till u hear this...
everyone was discussing abt increments, promotions, bonues.. one issue came up.. actually we aren't supposed to discuss abt our pay or anything related to it... but... this superblur-cum-haven-cfm newbie started to talk abt his pay.. that he'll get $100 increment if he is confirmed.. bloody hell.... bad bad move... now everytime i see newbies.. i super pissed lor.. understand why?.. bec even after my increment, i have to wait like one more yr to get $5 more than what he'll be getting.. nvm, i may not even get more than him bec he'll be entitled for increment every half a yr!!!! pengz rite??!! super big joke lor.... seniors getting less than juniors.. can laugh ur heads off....
already very pissed with my other colleague.. he got more starting pay than us.. abt $100 plus more, bec he got experience... he's also another one who blur blur tell us... pls lor.. his experience... changed 4 jobs in 2 yrs... like this also can??.. really vomit blood...
3 of us really sianz today... lost heart at work... seeing more and more true colors coming out...
no motivation to work... not only abt the $$ issue... it's abt the coy...
